Description
Rewarewa honey is produced from New Zealand’s native bush. The Rewarewa tree, commonly known as Honeysuckle, is a tall native tree with striking red flowers. When Rewarewa trees are in full nectar flow, the bush can buzz with the sound of happy bees busily working.

For liquid honey: This honey is a runny consistency, if small grains appear in the honey this is the natural crystallisation process. Honey with grains is still ok to eat. Grains can be removed by gently warming the honey in a pottery or glass container.
